According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, the buyer has the right to return the product of proper quality. In this case, the refund is made without taking into account delivery services. Refunds are made if:
– The product was not used;
– If its marketable appearance and consumer properties are preserved.
